James’ litigation practice is focused on commercial and business disputes.  He contributes to the legal profession as an author and editor of several legal publications, as well as serving as a faculty member for continuing legal education courses. Prior to practising law, he was the law clerk to the former Chief Justice of British Columbia, the Honourable Allan McEachern.
