KidSafe (The KidSafe Project Society: Registered Charity No: 89026 6349 RR0001) celebrated its 30th anniversary, honouring three decades of break time and after-school programs/supports to thousands of deserving kids and families in Vancouver Schools. 

The last few years of operations, particularly those following the pandemic, led to some sustainability challenges. After very careful consideration, it was determined that, going forward, KidSafe’s program objectives would be better achieved in a different way, and the difficult decision was made to wind-up the Society.

During this process, KidSafe approached BGC South Coast BC (formerly Boys and Girls Clubs) who are a trusted, long-time service partner of KidSafe, to step in where KidSafe left off, to ensure the children KidSafe would have served would continue to receive the out-of-school programs and supports they need.  KidSafe is pleased to share that BGC South Coast BC launched such programs, and support may be made through the following giving page: Donate Here
